Costume Designer
Kelly Maglia
Kelly Maglia is a glam-metal singer, pole dancer, and designer of hand-made glam-wear for badass babes. These days, it's her mission to create fist-pumping music and rockin' fashion that brings out every woman's Big Diva Energy.
After doing the “right” thing with herself for over a decade – winning a British Marshall Scholarship and studying in London and then founding a successful costume company – she turned her attention to MAKING the music she had loved so much in her youth.
She decided it was time to put those latent Bachelor’s Degrees in Classical Voice and English Literature to good use. Add that to her newly-found love of artistic pole dancing, and a new archetype was born. If Motley Crue had thrown dollar bills at girls, girls, girls, she was becoming a singer AND pole dancer – a new kind of Heavy Metal Goddess. And not unlike a phoenix rising from the pillar of her responsible adult life – she found my both her voice AND her wings.

For television, he has scored projects for Simon Wincer (the miniseries “P.T. Barnum”), Jonathan Kaplan (the miniseries re-make of “In Cold Blood”), Norman Jewison (“Picture Windows – Soir Bleu”), Peter Bogdanovich (“The Rescuers: Tales of Courage - Two Women”), Joe Dante (“Masters of Horror: Homecoming” & “The Screwfly Solution”), Jim Abrahams (“First Do No Harm”), Richard Friedenberg (“Suzanne’s Diary for Nicholas”), William Friedkin, John Milius and Ralph Bakshi (all part of the “Rebel Highway” series of films), among others.
Mann was honored with his second Emmy Award for an episode of Showtime's Picture Windows entitled “Language of the Heart”, a love story about a street musician and an aspiring ballerina.
